Whether you’re purchasing for yourself or sending a gift to someone you love, we aim to make every part of the experience thoughtful and trustworthy, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from the United States, and we are proud to offer worldwide shipping to most destinations.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–4 business days for processing.
Orders are carefully prepared, packed in recyclable materials, and shipped with tracking. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
During high-volume periods such as product launches or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer — but we always work to ensure your order is dispatched as promptly as possible.

Shipping Fees
United States & Canada
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within North America (U.S. & Canada).
No minimum spend required.International Orders
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging & Presentation
Every order is shipped in a recyclable kraft box or rigid mailer, and includes a soft cotton pouch to protect the jewelry.
We do not include pricing information in the package, making it naturally gift-ready. If you’d like to include a short message, you may leave a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten or printed message card with your order.
We do not offer additional gift wrapping at this time, as our default presentation is already designed to feel intentional, minimal, and elegant.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us. If for any reason your order doesn’t feel quite right, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be:
In unworn, unaltered condition
In original packaging (including pouch and box)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number)
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@maisonflai.shop with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions and return address details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different design or variation (if available), please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same condition requirements as returns.
In some cases, a new order may be required if the item you want is significantly different in price or category. We’ll help guide you through this process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in inspecting and packing each item, but if your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email us at info@maisonflai.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A clear photo of the item
A brief description of the issue
We’ll do our best to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order leaves our studio, transit delays are unfortunately outside our control. If your package is delayed or seems stuck, we kindly ask for your patience while the carrier works through delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:
Double check with neighbors or building staff
Wait 1–2 business days (sometimes carriers mark as delivered early)
Contact us for help initiating a carrier investigation
